Position Overview :

Courtesy Chevrolet's Recon Center is seeking a Used Car Mechanic / Lube Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality vehicle maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience at an automotive dealership, a strong understanding of the service drive, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following below, as well as other responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform work specified on Repair Orders
• Test drive vehicles, components and systems
• Diagnose, maintain, and perform repairs
• Check and Communicate Oil Level : Inspect and communicate oil levels to teammates.
• Ensure Tire Pressure : Verify and adjust tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and Refill Fluid Levels : Conduct refills as necessary.
• Complete Vehicle Inspection : Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
• Oil Drain Plug and Filter Installation : Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter during oil change procedures.
• Clean and Lubricate Fittings : Clean and lubricate fittings as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing our customer’s perspective.
