1 for Information Systems, and 1 for Operations Management

The Operations & Information Systems (OIS) Department at the Robert J. Manning School of Business, University of Massachusetts Lowell, is seeking to hire two Manning Endowed Professors in the areas of Information Systems (with focus in AI, AIS, Data Analytics) and Operations Management (with focus in SCM, Business Analytics). These two professors will lead the department activities in research, teaching and community engagement. The Manning School of Business boasts a vibrant community of over 3,750 diverse undergraduate and graduate students and holds accreditation from AACSB International. Situated in a modern facility, i.e. Pulichino Tong Business Center, equipped with cutting-edge classrooms, the school offers an unparalleled learning environment. Nestled just 30 miles northwest of Boston, UMass Lowell is an R-1 institution, with its expansive campus catering to over 18,000 students. Position Overview :

The Operations & Information Systems (OIS) Department at the Robert J. Manning School of Business, University of Massachusetts Lowell (UML) invites applications for up to two Manning Endowed Professor positions as part of a cluster hire in :

• Information Systems with focus in AI, AIS, Data Analytics
• Operations Management with focus in Supply Chain and Business Analytics

Appointments are open rank ( Full, Associate, or senior level / seasoned Assistant Professor at the AACSB accredited colleges ), depending on qualifications.

This is a Massachusetts Society of Professors / MTA / NEA union position. Salary range of $75,000 - $244,000, based on rank and qualifications.

Members of the search committee will be present at the major upcoming conferences, i.e. INFORMS, DSI, ICIS to meet and answer questions but no formal interview will be conducted at the conferences.
