NyproMold Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience across various IT functions within a global manufacturing environment. The IT Intern will support the team in daily operations projects and problem-solving contributing to the efficient and secure functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist IT support staff with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Provide basic technical support for network connectivity printing and common application problems.
• Participate in the setup configuration and deployment of new IT equipment (e.g. computers monitors peripherals).
• Document IT processes procedures and inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Support IT projects by performing research data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Assist with user account management including creation modification and deletion of access.
• Learn and apply IT best practices related to cybersecurity and data privacy.
• Collaborate with various IT teams to understand different functional areas (e.g. infrastructure applications security).
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT departments objectives.

Job Qualifications

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 - $32.00. Job-related non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience geographic location education external market data and consideration of internal equity.
