A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate client debts and secure favorable settlements to halt legal actions

Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies

Gather legal documentation and communicate with creditors to provide up-to-date information for client debt relief

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience

Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred

Analytical mindset with strong business acumen

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Computer competency with prior experience using a CRM platform preferred
