A company is looking for an Underwriting Consultant to evaluate insurance applicants and determine risk levels.

Key Responsibilities

Review upfront underwriting data and tools to assess applications

Determine value and additional underwriting requirements for risk selection

Data entry of medical history and processing cases using system workbenches

Required Qualifications and Education

7-10+ years of Life Insurance Underwriting experience

Ability to handle advanced decision-making authorities (1 Million or higher)

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Completion of LOMA 280 / 281 and 290 / 291; actively working toward AALU, FLMI, and FALU

BGA and Trial Experience preferred
