Primary Care Physician - Outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine | Geneva, NY

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages (Family Medicine) or adult populations (Internal Medicine)
• Conduct routine preventive care visits, health screenings, and wellness counseling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Participate in light call coverage shared across system practices
• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients in a community-focused practice

Salary Range : $225,000 - $300,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
