Head of Content

This role is offered by IntelliPro. Salary range : $150,000–$250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
• Oversee the entire content production process, from concept development to final delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of screenwriters, producers, and editors to ensure high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, operations, and user acquisition, to align content initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage content production budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory standards.
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
