Position Overview:The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for converting post-appointment seller opportunities into signed contracts through disciplined follow-up, high-volume outbound communication, and structured offer management.
This is a metrics-driven sales role. Success requires daily outbound activity, strong objection handling, and consistent pipeline movement. The right candidate is comfortable managing a high call volume, maintaining structured follow-up, and owning measurable contract targets.
