Overview

SkyWater has been retained by a nationally recognized, family-owned manufacturer and technology innovator seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation. With operations spanning multiple sites across North America, this organization combines precision engineering, advanced manufacturing, and proprietary software to deliver industry-leading building solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing enterprise IT, operational technology (OT), cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, and a growing proprietary software platform.
  • Shape the technology vision, modernize infrastructure, and drive innovation that fuels both operational excellence and commercial growth.

Requirements

  • Experience leading technology strategy in manufacturing or engineering environments, including enterprise IT, OT, cybersecurity, AI initiatives, and software platforms.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align technology with business goals.
  • Onsite work requirement : 5 days per week in Twin Cities, MN.
