About The Position

We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Georgia, starting Nov 17, 2025. This role involves 12-hour night shifts in a high-ranking NICU at a prestigious Children's Hospital, requiring a well-rounded professional with active NICU experience.

Schedule : 12-hour night shifts, 7 : 30pm to 7 : 30am, 4-8 shifts per month

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide comprehensive care and management for newborns in a NICU

Actively participate in nighttime patient management and emergencies

Administer and monitor patient response to therapeutic interventions

Utilize Epic EMR system to document patient care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care

Educate families on patient status, treatment plans, and overall care processes

Additional Information

Required Board Certifications : Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

Other Required Certifications : Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Must be licensed to practice in Georgia
