Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and compliant program execution
Oversee global payroll operations and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations
Manage global benefits programs, focusing on competitiveness and employee engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
7+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with 5+ years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of global employment laws and benefits administration best practices
Experience with enterprise HRIS and payroll systems, preferably ADP
Preferred certifications include Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and SHRM-SCP or SPHR
