Recruiter/Account Manager

Job Overview

Insight Global is looking for entry?level Recruiters to support our staffing services in the Gulf Coast. As a Recruiter, youll build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global. Youll learn staffing and services and how to sell them to current and future clients.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes from the internal database and online job boards
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates
• Prepare candidates to meet hiring managers
• Negotiate job offers to get candidates hired
• Work with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies to understand hiring goals and find suitable candidates

Qualifications

• Strong personality, positive, charismatic, and willing to connect with others
• Grit and perseverance, handling difficult situations and demanding environments
• Team mentality, working well with others and sharing success
• Motivated by sales, eager to start a long?term career and embody sales behaviors (build in?person relationships, competitive, aggressive, direct)
• Competitive spirit and ability to stay highly focused under pressure

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $35,600$64,000 annually (location dependent). Signing bonus $5,000 in LTIP. Upon promotion, additional base increase (up to $6,120) plus uncapped weekly commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, company?paid life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, paid vacation and sick time.
