EEG Technologist (R.EEG T.)
The Neuvera Brain Health Institute (BHI) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered EEG Technologist (R.EEG T.) to join our team. In this full-time role (40 hrs. / week), you will be responsible for performing high-quality EEG studies, ensuring patient comfort, and supporting our clinical and research operations. Candidates must hold an active R.EEG T. credential and have prior experience in neurology.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up patients and subjects for scalp-based EEG recordings while following ASET and ACNS guidelines
- Ensure all electrodes and sensors for EEG, ECG, and other related signals are correctly placed according to standards and securely attached to provide maximum patient comfort and optimal signal clarity
- Safely disconnect patients and subjects, properly clean electrodes, sensors, and equipment according to Neuvera policy and procedures
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with patients and subjects, family members, and care givers to answer questions and explain the EEG procedure and services provided by the Neuvera BHI
- Confirm all EEG and digital video files are uploaded to the NeuroMatch system
- Verify all patient and subject information, questionnaires, and forms are completed by the patient and uploaded to the NeuroMatch system
- Maintain EEG systems, computers, cameras, electrodes, sensors, and ancillary equipment utilized to record patient information
- Verify all supplies and accessories are available for each recording
- Coordinate scheduling and management of procedures to ensure compliance with Neuvera BHI’s daily caseload plan
- Maintain, update, and follow Neuvera BHI Policy & Procedure manual
- Support the clinical, technical, administrative, research, and affiliated teams as assigned
- Support Neuvera business partners as assigned
- Follow all HIPAA regulations and requirements
- Follow and uphold Neuvera BHI clinic policies, compliance guidelines, confidentiality, and code of conduct requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience :Current R.EEG T. credential requiredMinimum 2–4 years of experience in clinical role as a R.EEG T. credentialed technologist requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredTechnical Skills :Proficient with neurodiagnostic hardware and softwareStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google applications, and web-based platformsCore Competencies :Excellent communication and patient interaction skillsAbility to problem-solve, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressureAdaptable to changing requirements and comfortable working independently and within a teamDetail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skillsProfessional and solutions-oriented approach when interacting with patients and colleaguesInterview Process :
