Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for software engineering roles
Experience with an ATS, with Greenhouse being a plus
Strong experience using data to drive recruiting decisions
Proven success hiring for high-growth or product-led tech companies
Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate assessment best practices
