Job Summary

The Pharmacy Hub is seeking a skilled and reliable Tablet Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in Miami Gardens. The ideal candidate will have experience operating tablet press machines in a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or other GMP-compliant environment. This role is crucial to ensuring consistent product quality and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up, operate, and monitor tablet press machines (e.g., rotary tablet press) according to SOPs and batch records

Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure tablet quality (weight, hardness, thickness, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and escalate when necessary

Accurately document production activity, inspections, and deviations

Follow all safety protocols, cGMP guidelines, and standard operating procedures

Support changeovers and assist with cleaning validation and documentation

Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues and meet production goals

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus

1+ year of experience operating tablet press machinery or capsule filling machines required

Familiarity with cGMP regulations and cleanroom protocols

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Shift : Evening Shift, 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM

This is a 100% onsite role; remote or hybrid work is not available

Pay Range

20—$25 USD
