We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Operations Launch Manager to lead the successful deployment of new data center initiatives and drive operational excellence from day one.

This role is responsible for managing the launch and operational readiness of new data center logistics sites. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities of the role are below :

• Lead cross-functional launch initiatives for new data center sites, expansions, and major operational upgrades.
• Manage end-to-end project plans for new data center launches.
• Develop, execute, and manage launch plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, safety, IT, and operations teams to ensure readiness.
• Establish and implement best practices for operational handoff, site readiness, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing post-launch performance and integrating lessons learned into future launches.
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and alignment across global teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards throughout the launch lifecycle.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management (preferred).

5+ years of experience in hyperscaler or large-scale tech environments operations, project management, or data center environments.

Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and operations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
