Business Manager For Tomahawk Production Finance Team
An excellent opportunity exists to manage the Tomahawk Production finance team. We are seeking a Business Manager to lead the Production contracts of the rapidly growing Tomahawk program. Currently, 2026 sales are projected to be greater than $270M with ~150 FTEs supporting these contracts and excess of $180M of material sales annually. To be effective in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with program, functional and finance key team members, as well as the government customer. Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so you must possess excellent presentation, communication, and professional skills. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight, and guidance to enable strategic resolution making and achieve bottom-line results. This is a unique position that allows you to demonstrate financial guidance across a portfolio of contracts and manage a team of three to four analysts. This portfolio includes FFP and FPIF contracts. Responsibilities include guiding a remote team through daily execution challenges, facilitating the EAC process for multiple concurrent contracts, and weekly management of Booking / Sales / Earnings / Cash commitments. This portfolio is experiencing a significant increase in demand from the Customer and proposal experience is preferred. This position is currently designated as Onsite. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the following Raytheon locations : Tucson, AZ, McKinney TX, Andover, MA, Marlborough, MA, Aurora, CO, Dulles, VA, Forest, MS, Huntsville, AL, Tewksbury, MA, Indianapolis, IN, MD, or Warner Robbins, GA.
