Hoa Administrative Assistant

AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing has partnered with a reputable client seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HOA Administrative Assistant to support our Community Association Managers and play a key role in keeping our homeowner associations running smoothly. MUST have strong organizational skills, professional communication skills, and strong technical skills.

Pay Rate : $23 to $26 / hr. Location : Modesto, CA Schedule : M-F, 8am to 5pm

Requirements of the HOA Administrative Assistant :

  • 3+ years administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a team environment
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Experience in HOA or property management is a preferred

Responsibilities of the HOA Administrative Assistant :

  • Provide front-line customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors
  • Prepare and distribute board and annual meeting packets, notices, and correspondence
  • Manage association documents, records, and communications within Vantaca
  • Coordinate architectural applications, violation notices, newsletters, and work orders
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure files are accurate and up to date
  • Support managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
