Shape the future of advanced energy projects through precision planning. We're looking for a Sr Project Scheduler who thrives on turning complex ideas into actionable timelines. In this role, you'll be the backbone of project execution- developing and maintaining detailed, resource-loaded schedules that keep high-impact initiatives moving forward.

You'll work hand-in-hand with Sr Project Managers and technical leads to ensure every milestone aligns with scope, deliverables, and strategic objectives. Your expertise with Primavera P6 will enable you to perform advanced scheduling functions, while your knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) will help track cost, performance, and riskensuring projects stay on time and on budget.

What You'll Do :

• Build and maintain comprehensive project schedules that drive clarity and accountability.
• Collaborate across engineering and project teams to translate technical proposals into executable plans.
• Apply EVM principles to monitor progress and proactively mitigate risks.
• Use advanced scheduling tools to optimize resources and forecast project performance.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockville, MD.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $66.00 - $84.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
