**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of catering orders across our portfolio of restaurants. This role requires a strategic approach to driving catering sales, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategies to drive catering sales growth across all restaurant locations.

- Identify and target potential catering clients, including businesses, organizations, schools, and events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential catering clients through proactive outreach and networking.

- Collaborate with restaurant managers and staff to ensure seamless execution of catering orders and exceptional customer service.

- Coordinate with team to develop catering-specific promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients.

- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in catering sales performance.

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay informed of industry developments and opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for catering sales and service.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven track record of success in catering sales or related sales role, preferably in the food service industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
