Shults Automotive Group the #1 Ford dealer group in Pennsylvania and a multi-platform high-volume automotive leader is seeking a dynamic driven and results-oriented BDC Manager / Director of Internet Operations to lead our digital and customer engagement strategy across multiple rooftops.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Sales Performance
Lead coach and motivate BDC and Internet teams to exceed lead response appointment and closing goals.
Be a hands-on closer guide your team in live deal situations handle escalations and train on real-world selling techniques.
Drive accountability and structure across multiple rooftops ensuring consistency and excellence in every customer interaction.
Work closely with Dealer Synergy and our internal leadership to implement top-tier processes scripts and training standards.
Foster a fast-paced high-energy culture that thrives on performance teamwork and success.
Operations & Process Development
Oversee all inbound and outbound customer communications ensuring timely and professional engagement.
Manage and optimize CRM performance (VinSolutions Reynolds & Reynolds etc.) ensuring accurate lead tracking and follow-up.
Collaborate with sales management to align lead flow desking and follow-up processes for maximum conversion.
Analyze data daily appointment show rates contact ratios and closing percentages and take action to improve results immediately.
Continuously refine scripts workflows and campaigns to stay ahead in the digital retail landscape.
Innovation & Growth
Partner with the executive team to expand our multi-platform digital footprint across all rooftops.
Drive the integration of traditional and digital sales operations into one unified customer experience.
Lead the development of a state-of-the-art Customer Development Center establishing Shults Automotive Group as a national leader in digital operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of BDC or Internet Sales experience (automotive industry required).
At least 12 years of leadership or management experience in a high-volume dealership.
Proven track record as a strong closer with outstanding communication and motivational skills.
Proficiency with major CRM systems (VinSolutions Reynolds & Reynolds etc.).
Experience with Dealer Synergy or comparable performance-based training systems preferred.
Deep understanding of desking appointment setting lead management and digital conversion.
Highly organized detail-oriented and driven to achieve aggressive performance goals.
