Daily Responsibilities Include

• Actively selling to customers while leading and supporting Sales Stylists on the floor
• Working alongside the team to drive sales and elevate the customer experience through timely, expert, and personable service in any location you support
• Coaching and guiding the floor team when store leadership is unavailable
• Taking ownership of day-to-day store operations in the absence of store leadership, including opening / closing procedures, break and alterations coordination, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
• Meeting personal sales performance expectations : 10% of store sales, Average Transaction Value of $210, and 2.0 Units Per Transaction
• Supporting recruiting efforts to help build and sustain a strong, culture-aligned team
• Providing adaptable support when floating to different stores, ensuring consistency in service, sales, and operations
