The Restaurant Supervisor supports the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and developing a strong team. What Youll Do

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
  
  
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver great guest service
  
  
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
  
  
• Assist with training, scheduling, and team development
  
  
• Resolve guest concerns and create positive dining experiences
  
  
• Support inventory, labor management, and cost control

What Were Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
