PAY RATE : $76281.92 - $80296.76 Per Year

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

The Medi-Cal Program Compliance Manager will visit sites and problem solve with current MC program managers - be available to cover in case of program leader absence (scheduled and unplanned) and train Program Leadership and staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT : Assists Program Leadership Develop and manage program budget program development performance goals and service delivery for programs at various shelter and other programs in accordance with stated grant requirements
• SUPERVISION OF PROGAM As Required :

Supervising the facility operations

Effectively communicate project expectation to team members and management in a timely and clear fashion

Training staff on documentation providing PM training and assistance as well as providing in service trainings to staff

Keep Director informed of progress towards achieving Grant goals; Communicate with funder on an ongoing basis

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assist Program Leadership Develop program policies procedure plans and associated communications documents

Fills in as needed for program leadership
