Quality Auditor

Overview :

• Performs a documented examination and verification of 1% of all logistics center (LC) job tasks / functions each day (receiving, put-away, picking, and packing).
• Audits would focus on quality standards documented by the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Records their findings into the LC Audit database, and communicates them to LC management.
• Works also with the onsite Training Specialist to determine the root cause of the findings, and assists in developing a training plan to correct, where applicable.
