Phillips needs an  energetic, problem-solving, customer-centric Residential Roofing Project Manager Apprentice  to learn roofing repair project management  and grow into a Project Manager who assists homeowners with  painting (interior and exterior), roofing, gutter, carpentry and storm restoration need s .

Qualifications :

  • Clean driving record Spanish Speaking Coachable; Trainable No Project Management experience required; we train!

Winning first impression Ability to listen to customer needs Ability to climb a ladder and walk a roof Ability to lead Process driven The Ideal Residential Roofing Project Manager Apprentice Candidate :

  • Speaks Spanish and English fluently and possesses excellent written communication skills Knows a bit about painting, simple carpentry and roofing Learns Quickly WOWs customers Promotes the company online Prioritizes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
  • Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!
