A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote, Pacific Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to inbound customer service inquiries via email and phone
Research accounts with past due balances and make outbound efforts to collect payments
Document customer interactions using the internal CRM software platform
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of collections experience
Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience
Proficient with MS Office 365 suite
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of education
Ability to work from 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
