Job Summary

Bern’s Steak House is a World-Renowned Restaurant looking for a professional Grill Cook who can prepare and cook multiple cuts and weights of meat according to our exacting standards. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to teach any employee showing potential, hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prep Grill Station with all necessary items for Service
• Prepare and Cook all Grill items according to Bern’s Steak House standards
• Ensure Quality of all Products
• Maintain cleanliness of Station throughout the entire shift

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Attention to detail
• Must work well with others
• Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
• Need to have consideration for guests and maintain a professional demeanor as guests will be touring the kitchen during service
