Enrollment Coach

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while maintaining high customer service standards

Act as the primary contact for prospective students, assisting them in navigating the enrollment process

Maintain accurate records of prospective students in the CRM and provide feedback to the enrollment team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales

Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or similar database

Ability to work autonomously and achieve enrollment targets

Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization
