Location : Highland Park, Illinois, USA (On-site, 5 days per week)

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 annually, plus an excellent benefits package

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate point-of-sale orders by managing stock allocation and issuing instructions to the warehouse.
• Maintain precise inventory levels and manage all related documentation.
• Handle claims and refunds for damaged or missing inventory.
• Batch and upload orders into the ERP system efficiently.
• Work with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve logistics challenges.
• Prepare and review commercial shipping documentation.
• Organize shipments via truck, sea, and air, including obtaining quotes.
• Review carrier invoices to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding shipment status and potential delays.
• Create shipping labels using FedEx / DHL and manage digital SKU assets.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to logistics as required.
