Our clinic offers an advanced, patient-centered approach to wellness, weight management, and hormone optimization. We're looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for new and existing patients
- Develop customized treatment plans for medical weight loss and HRT
- Interpret lab results and educate patients on findings and treatment options
- Maintain timely, clear, and compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Deliver phone, email, and in-person follow-up appointments as scheduled
- Use EMR to chart efficiently and communicate with the team
- Uphold company values and demonstrate high standards of punctuality and professionalism
