As an Insurance Sales Representative you will make outbound calls to generate appointments, make sales and answer questions about the workings of the policies as customers ask.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include :
Making sales quota per month (a minimum of 20k in premium sold each month between all lines of business)
Answering and making phone calls related to sales and the insurance products
Have meetings with prospective clients, either in person or virtually, to answer their questions about how the policies work and to break down the coverages so they can understand what they are paying for
Requirements
Must be currently or previously employed in the insurance industry and have a base level of knowledge in how insurance works and what the terminology means
Must be currently or willing to be licensed in Property and Casualty and eventually Life and Health as well
Must be confident on the phone and speaking to people in a sales related call or conversation
Must be personable, anyone can sell insurance, we are looking for those who sell insurance with the mindset of helping the customer and having their best interests in mind
