Payroll Manager

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees

Establish and monitor payroll KPIs and ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations

Prepare for payroll-related audits and manage monthly payroll close activities

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in ADP WFN and MS Office suite

Experience in payroll compliance and reporting

Strong analytical skills and ability to drive change management

Experience with payroll reconciliations and month-end close activities

Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
