  • About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to enhance our digital marketing efforts, focusing on expanding our customer reach and optimizing sales performance. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing cutting-edge email marketing campaigns, driving traffic, and analyzing performance to achieve ambitious goals. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, bringing your expertise to a fast-paced environment where innovation is constant and your contributions are highly valued. This position offers a unique chance to shape strategic roadmaps and implement solutions that have a tangible impact on business outcomes.

  • What You'll Do
  • Grow the email channel to support unit attainment goals.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs.
  • Build email campaigns and execute traffic-driving efforts to support sales.
  • Develop robust A / B and MVT testing programs to optimize for sales and unit sell-through.
  • Report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management.
  • Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email / CRM roadmap.
  • Creative asset production (in partnership with a dedicated design team).
  • Editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content to sites via CMS.
  • Must-Have Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on-device / mobile, and / or display.
  • Proven ability to write customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML.
  • 1+ years experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.
  • Comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform both high-level and granular analysis, including familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management.
  • BA / BS required.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
  • Experience managing large-scale email marketing programs.
  • Experience with A / B or multivariate testing.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
  • Relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines.
  • Confident, self-motivated individual with a strong, demonstrable bias for action.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
