Pay Rate : $25–$30 / hour (DOE) Position Summary We are seeking a Production and Quality Control Associate in South Charlotte to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in keeping production flowing smoothly while ensuring all products meet strict quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to the fast pace of a production environment. What You'll Do

• Support daily production tasks to maintain efficient operations.
• Perform inspections on parts and materials to verify quality standards.
• Document and track quality control processes accurately.
• Identify process improvements and share recommendations with leadership.
• Keep work areas organized and ensure materials, supplies, and scrap are properly managed.
• Manage inventory and organize tooling and supplies.
• Assist with both routine production activities and offline projects.
• Partner with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
