The duties in this position will consist of performing various mail center related tasks, shipping & receiving, along with document printing, hospitality, conference room services, and front desk reception services within a corporate working environment. Hourly Compensation : $14.00 - $14.00 USD per hr (DOE)

Work Schedule : On-call (Schedules will vary based on an "As Needed" basis)

Location : This position will support our locations in Houston, Kingwood, and The Woodlands areas

Responsibilities

The On-call Mail Center Support Associate team member will perform mail center related tasks, shipping & receiving, along with document printing, hospitality, conference room services, and front desk reception services. Additional responsibilities include :

• Mail Operations - Sort & deliver incoming mail according to established procedures
• Shipping / Receiving Services - Receive & scan in / out overnight packages
• Reception coverages as needed - smiling and greeting clients & visitors, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Setup conference rooms for meetings, maintain site common areas, including kitchen / break-rooms to ensure areas are cleaned (ie - unload / load dishwasher, setup water and coffee for meetings, etc)
• Adhere to safety, security and business procedure guidelines
• Provide support on an "As Needed" basis to assigned locations in Houston, Kingwood, and The Woodlands areas and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor / manager
