Most Rewarding Job - Description

Provide assistance with personal care as needed with bathing, dressing, grooming, and restroom needs. In this position, you will be caring for an aging individual. Your work will take place inside the home of the client.

Preparing meals and snacks; shopping/running errands

Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, laundry, changing bed linens, dishes, and cleaning bathroom

Provide engaging cognitive-enhancing companionship while accompanying client on walks, playing games, working puzzles, accompanying client on outings to social and recreational activities, and assistance with their hobbies if applicable.

Job Qualifications

Must demonstrate a positive attitude

Must be 18 years old and a high school diploma is required

Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

Demonstrate a passion for excellence in your work and caring for others

Pass a written competency evaluation and a nationwide/county background checks

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver/home health aide in healthcare is preferred

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
