Job Description
This role leads Visa’s global brand measurement agenda end‑to‑end—integrating perception and behavior data, modern experimentation, and AI‑driven insight—to drive business impact for the enterprise.
Impact you will drive
With the Vice President of Global Insights & Analytics, set a global measurement vision that quantifies brand building’s financial impact.
Continue building a unified modern measurement ecosystem combining consumer, media data, and first‑party behavioral signals into one source of truth.
Develop executive‑ready narratives and operating rhythms that translate complex signals into clear decisions for leadership.
How you’ll lead and influence
Serve as the enterprise “translator” for brand strength, bridging data science, research, marketing, finance, and product to drive aligned decisions at pace.
Influence without formal authority by leveraging subject‑matter expertise, organizational savvy, and strategic relationships across multiple levels.
Codify a measurement operating model with shared templates, taxonomies, and cadences so regions can act locally within a globally coherent system.
Champion a test‑and‑learn culture that prizes causal evidence and continuous optimization over retrospective reporting.
Embrace the Visa Leadership principles in all activities with particular attention to stakeholder management across key functions and geographies.
Core responsibilities
Coach a global insights team and supplier partners, setting standards for rigor and storytelling and lead the brand strength center of excellence globally.
Merge perceptual and behavioral data to model drivers of brand preference and advocacy.
Develop a system for insights delivery to cater to different use cases across the enterprise with clear connections to business outcomes to elevate insights literacy and decision quality.
In partnership with data science and data management teams, build AI‑enabled insights toolkits, executive dashboards, and decision forums for KPI alignment and timely course‑corrections market by market.
Modern capabilities we value
A unified measurement mindset that considers all relevant sources of insight for more powerful activation across the enterprise.
AI‑accelerated learning via using LLMs to explore early signals and compress synthesis cycles while maintaining human oversight where nuance matters.
Expertise in operating model design including creating cross‑functional rituals, roles, and standards that raise marketing performance and speed to decision.
The ability to influence at scale, build coalitions across regions and functions and win decisions through credibility, clarity, and trust.
Hands‑on comfort with analytics stacks (SQL, Python, or BI) and marketing data structures. Ability to scope models and challenge vendors.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
