General Role Description :

As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our young patients in a clinical setting and offer leadership on your unit. Under the guidance of a Nurse Supervisor or RN Coordinator, you will leverage your clinical nursing expertise to ensure patient safety and comfort while meeting legal, organizational, and professional standards. Utilize your critical thinking skills to prioritize and address the diverse needs of multiple patients, ensuring they receive timely and suitable care.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Valid Texas RN license
• Minimum of 6 months clinical nursing experience; 1+ years of KSC experience may be considered with approval
• Proficient in using computers and related equipment
• Ability to demonstrate competency in the use of medical equipment and supplies pertinent to pediatric care, including CPR, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy

Preferred Qualifications :

The hourly pay range for this position is $16.00 to $28.85, dependent on local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
