Key Responsibilities
Guide applicants through the enrollment process via phone calls, chat, and email
Individually enroll applicants and achieve quarterly quotas
Proactively suggest improvements to the enrollment process and maintain applicant communication
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service and inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare
Ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and via email
Excellent time management skills
Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
