Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the upkeep and reliability of production equipment. This role involves performing maintenance on a variety of systems and machinery, with a strong focus on improving preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment including dust collectors, hoppers, conveyors, bag fillers, palletizers, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pneumatics, compressors, relays, sensors, gearboxes, and conveyor systems.
• Utilize a multimeter to test and repair electrical components, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Assist in transitioning from reactive maintenance to a proactive preventive maintenance program.
• Implement and manage a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule and track PM tasks.
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify opportunities for improvement in reliability and performance.
