As an Associate on the Insurance Tax team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored tax solutions to our clients. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining experience and exposure to insurance clients while deepening your expertise in tax principles and best practices. This role offers the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while providing opportunities to grow, innovate, and make meaningful impact. You'll be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients and collaborating with the team to deliver quality solutions.

What You'll Do :

• Complete tax returns and planning engagements specifically in the insurance niche.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and becoming an industry expert in providing real-time tax services to all clients.
• Work closely with other team members, including senior tax members and clients, to gather information and address tax-related issues.
• Contribute to the preparation of tax returns, summarizing findings, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Manage time effectively and meet deadlines, ensuring the timely completion of tax returns.
• Utilize and understand the rules, regulations, and Code of Professional Conduct of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
• Demonstrate knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Other Comprehensive Basis of Accounting (OCBOA), unique or specialized accounting principles, and financial statements presentations.
• Attend and participate in professional education and training sessions.
