Job Purpose :

This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. This program, which will begin in July 2026, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employee and provide participants with the unique opportunity to begin their career in their respective fields while gaining hands-on experience and formal development and training.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide timely and accurate consolidation and delivery of management reporting requirements.
• Assist in the design and development of intuitive and effective financial reporting packages.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, variance analysis, and KPIs to management, using data visualization techniques to enhance clarity and impact.
• Continuously enhance FP&A processes, systems, and reporting using data visualization tools, to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of financial analysis.
• Support our transformation of our billing process to overseas operations.
• Maintain and continually develop strong internal controls over all management reporting processes.
• Build relationships with internal and external business unit customers and work to exceed customer expectations for reporting and analysis.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis and data visualization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Pay Disclosure :

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. $70,000 USD with a target bonus incentive award
