Position Summary :

The essence of the shipping order assembler position is to prepare all finished products by palletizing and packaging all parts and clearly documenting transactions to ensure shipment quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

To accurately pull, package, and label all customer orders for on time shipment and delivery.

Document all missing items for control system update.

Understand the QCDSM boards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requires an individual with self-management skills, who is able to handle multiple tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

Maintains a dependable and predictable work attendance and productivity record, with very infrequent tardiness or absence from work.

Fork lift experience helpful

Flexible and able to work 10-hour days for a 4-6 month period

Must be able to move up to 50 pounds independently or from 50-100 pounds required as a two-person lift.
