[job_card.job_description]Manage a busy caseload under supervision from inception through settlement or verdict. Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials as experience grows. Long-term commitment with opportunities for growth and professional development. Previous personal injury experience preferred. Strong research, writing, and organizational skills. Paid Time Off (PTO) : Enjoy 4 weeks of PTO each year, which includes sick time, providing you with the flexibility to rest and recharge. Paid Holidays : Benefit from 8 recognized paid holiday which includes a floating holiday of the employee’s choice. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) : Access a variety of support services for personal and work-related matters. Professional Development : We invest in your success with opportunities for professional development and participation in employee appreciation events. 401(k) Plan Eligibility : After 12 months with us, you're eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan, with generous matching contributions. Salary Range : $100,000 - $115,000 annually depending on experience. Additional Compensation : You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.
