HVAC Specialist

HVAC Technician – Full-Time

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join a team focused on maintaining and servicing commercial and institutional HVAC systems. This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting the daily operations of a large, complex facility.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems

Work with steam-based heating systems

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues

Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and maintenance staff

Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently

Qualifications :

EPA Universal Certification (required)

Minimum of 4 years of HVAC experience in a commercial or institutional setting

Valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications :

Class A or B HVAC license

Experience with building automation systems and protocols such as BACnet or Modbus
