Location : Greater Philadelphia Area

Pay : $16–$20 / hour + $0.70 / mile mileage reimbursement (for client-related travel)

Schedule : Flexible shifts available

Training : Paid training provided

Position Overview

Support seniors with companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands in private homes. Shifts include full-time, part-time, and per-diem options (days, evenings, overnights, weekends) within 20 miles of Philadelphia, covering Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery counties. Reliable transportation required (car preferred but not mandatory); proven attendance record essential.​

Key Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility per care plans.

Offer medication reminders, social engagement, and safe transport to appointments.

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation tied to client needs.

Document shifts accurately and report changes in client status promptly.​

Compliance Requirements (Mandatory)

Valid driver's license (if transporting), clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

U.S. work eligibility with I-9 documentation and government-issued photo ID.

Pass comprehensive background check, reference checks, and TB test.

Complete company orientation; provide proof of any current certificates (e.g., CPR, HHA).

All hires undergo these checks before assignment to ensure safety and reliability.​

Qualifications and Physical Demands

Experience in caregiving preferred; compassion and reliability prioritized.

Ability to lift / assist beyond 50 lbs, stand / bend for shifts, and support transfers.

Strong communication, punctuality, and adherence to protocols.​
