Technical Lead - Java

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Java applications using Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services, and Docker. The role involves ensuring high-quality deliverables, optimizing system performance, and providing technical expertise to drive innovation and best practices. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor technical teams in designing, developing, and deploying java based applications.

2. Architect and implement solutions using spring boot framework to ensure efficient and reliable performance.

3. Utilize amazon web services to develop and deploy scalable and secure cloud based solutions.

4. Implement containerization using docker for application deployment and management.

5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical strategies.

6. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain application integrity.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and drive innovation.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in java programming language for developing robust and scalable applications.

2. Strong experience in working with spring boot framework for building and managing java based applications.

3. In-depth knowledge of amazon web services (aws) for cloud based application development and deployment.

4. Experience with docker for containerization to streamline application deployment and management.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

6. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Certifications : AWS Certified Solutions Architect is highly desired.
