As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol key areas within a busy logistics and distribution location. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence, conduct routine patrols, and provide exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and thrive in dynamic environments, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities.
  • Monitor access points and observe activities within the logistics and distribution environment to help to deter potential issues.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or delivery personnel while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, unusual occurrences, and maintenance needs as observed during patrols.
  • Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and uphold site protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
