Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Senior FP&A Manager.

Company Overview :

  • A fast-growing multi-entity organization in the logistics and technology-enabled services sector is building out its internal FP&A function
  • Based in the North Dallas area, this role will be responsible for consolidating financials, enhancing cash flow visibility, and supporting board-level reporting across multiple business units
  • It's a strong fit for someone who thrives in hands-on FP&A roles and wants to play a key role in driving growth, strategy, and financial clarity in a rapidly scaling environment

Role Summary :

  • Own and enhance company-wide cash flow modeling using Excel and entity-level extracts
  • Build 3-statement models and provide liquidity, free cash flow, and working capital analysis
  • Deliver board-ready financial presentations with insights and recommendations
  • Partner with operations and sales to prepare monthly P&L reporting by client
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across entities
  • Support growth initiatives, M&A, and system / process implementations
  • Prepare reporting packages for board members and external investors

    • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of FP&A, financial modeling, or business analytics experience
  • Strong background in private equity and / or logistics / supply chain preferred
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, nested formulas) with experience in PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Skilled in granular cash flow modeling and 3-statement forecasting
  • Comfortable working directly with executives and board members
  • Self-starter, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong business acumen

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $120K-$125K
  • Bonus Target : 5-10%
  • Very Flexible hybrid schedule (North Dallas office)
